We’re evaluating a Splunk replacement due to escalating costs, operational complexity, and limited scalability in hybrid environments. Our current SIEM model is heavily resource-intensive, requiring significant manual correlation and tuning to maintain visibility. We need a modern platform that provides native analytics, automation, and exposure-driven insights—enabling faster detection, simplified data ingestion, and tighter integration with our identity, endpoint, and cloud ecosystems while reducing total cost of ownership.

Modernize our cybersecurity program, streamline operations, reduce cost and complexity, and enable scalable security outcomes aligned to growing business and regulatory demands. We are rapidly growing by way of M&A.

+ Identify platforms that help our internal security teams investigate faster across a mixed stack of SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud, SaaS, and case management tools. + Our main focus is to reduce analyst friction, improve investigation quality, and create stronger auditability without adding more headcount or more ingestion cost. + This initiative is NOT about broad GRC workflows or cloud posture alone. It is about making SecOps work better in a real multi tool environment. + We will prioritize solutions that can improve analyst efficiency quickly and scale across entities with different tool maturity.

* Identify cloud security and compliance platforms that can reduce risk across a regulated, distributed environment with strong support for MS Azure, plus meaningful AWS and GCP in some acquired entities. * Our main focus is not broad cloud operations or collaboration tooling. This initiative is squarely about security posture, policy enforcement, compliance alignment, and better control coverage across cloud and on prem estates. * We want solutions that help us close visibility gaps, tighten guardrails, reduce manual control checking, and give us stronger evidence for audit and regulatory needs. * PII is treated as crown jewels, so we are especially interested in platforms that improve protection, visibility, and governance around sensitive data, identities, workloads, and cloud configurations. Our target outcome: * To select 1 or more vendors for a focused PoC or PoV within the international markets platform. * To validate whether the solution can materially improve cloud security visibility, policy consistency, and compliance readiness without creating major operational overhead. * Prove value in a way that is measurable. We want to see clearer posture insights, better misconfiguration detection, stronger control enforcement, and a practical path to scale across multiple entities. * Prioritize vendors that can start with a defined scope, show results quickly, and then expand across a mixed estate with different maturity levels.
